There no reason to eat Crap when you have a Broccoli left and a pack of noodles.1 Pack of vegan noodles of your choice .(Rice Noodles, ramen noodles, Chickpea spaghetti) Thin noodle. Cooked a bit shorter than the pack say . Usually in boiling water and it’s super fast . Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking and set aside.2 Garlic Clove chopped1 Tbsp Olive oil2 Tbsp Sesame Oil1 or 2 Tbsp soya sauce1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine1 broccoli head in pieces cooked(steamed or grill or microwave)1 or 2 tbsp sesame seeds(white-black)2 green onions slicedHeat a big wok to high and add a tablespoon of olive oil to coat the wok. Stir fry garlic for 1 minute .Add noodles and stir fry for another minute. Pour the sesame oils , soya sauce and Shaoxing wine and the broccoli. Stir fry fro 2 minutes and it’S ready. Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions .
