IT’S SO HARD TO FIND VEGAN TZATZIKI so i had to make some for my Falafel Pita…
I was craving for a good FALAFEL PITA with some TZATZIKI
Cooking lesson # 1 from Jenny … I AM A DISASTER ..Mesure are not always important ..taste , Add ..taste again ..ooohh no too much (no good) , add this and add that ohh now it’s better. You know what i mean ?
Let’s start with this recipe for some practice ..
1/2 Cup of Daiya Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Lebanese Cucumber finely grated ( I drained the water )
2 Garlic clove grated
1 TBSP lemon juice( half a lemon)
As much as Dill you want .. i putted 1/4 cup finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Mix everything together …TASTE ..add pepper maybe , or lemon juice. Too much garlic ? Add some sour cream ..
TASTE AGAIN !!
