Smash some avocado!!!!!!! Usually for 2 toast , 1 avocado is enough.
ADD A bit of olive oil, salt and pepper some lemon juice. No measure needed just go with the flow how much you like it . A little bit of this, a little bit of that …u know what i mean ?!
– Grill some Bread , your favorite bread full of grains.
Now you can top with whatever you like .Start with the SMASHED AVOCADO mine they have TOMATO, MICROGREENS, VEGAN CHEESE, HEMP SEEDS for the crunch and the proteins they are so good Love it.
